About Sarina McDonald

The Diva Difference

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional, including integrity, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network.

I intentionally cultivate these important qualities and skills, and demand high standards of myself in order to be successful.  But being a "Diva" means I also provide the finest professional service to my clients along with a dose of personality!

Now, most agents talk about "service," so you're probably wondering, "What sets you apart?"

What The Diva Difference means to you as my client:

  1.  I am very accessible via phone or e-mail.
  2.  I'm a good listener, as well as communicator.
  3.  I employ a methodical approach to managing your transaction, so that no detail is overlooked.
  4. In order to serve your best interests, I will negotiate aggressively on your behalf; being "nice" isn't necessarily the way to get the best deal!
  5. I am nice, too. :-)

I am also pro-active about consulting the accomplished team of professionals within my company - whenever a question comes up that I can't immediately answer, I know when and where to get expert advice!
